A new website called Review Me, which pays bloggers to write reviews, just launched yesterday. It is similar to Payperpost.com, but has a few differences that in my mind make it superiour. One difference is that while Payperpost pays all bloggers the same amount per opportunity, review me pays bloggers based on how much thier blog is worth based on several factors, such as traffic and feed reach. For example this blog would fetch $60 for any review. However, bloggers have to be invited to write a review on review me. The differences in Review Me and PayPerPost will cause more high scale bloggers to be drawn to Review Me since they would be able to make more money per post, while more lower end bloggers will be drawn to PayPerPost since they would be able to easily write post after post and accumulate quite a bit of cash, whereas their opportunities may be more limited on Review Me. As an advertiser, although it may cost more to get reviews written on review me, the cost may be worth it because advertisers have control over who they invite and since there will be more higher end bloggers available, who have a larger readership, news about what is written in the initial review(s) could spread furthur than they would on PayPerPost.
The above was a paid review (this fact did not influence my opinion, though).
